Cancellation Policy
We know that life doesn't always go to plan, and sometimes appointments need to change. To honour the time and dedication of our practitioners, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy.
More Than 24 Hours' Notice Need to reschedule or cancel? No problem at all — simply let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and there's no charge. We truly appreciate the early heads up, as it allows us to offer that time to another client.
Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation cost. This helps account for the time and preparation our practitioners have already dedicated to your appointment. Please also note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Missed Appointments If you are unable to attend and haven't contacted us beforehand, the full consultation fee will be charged.
